🔼 14th Inning Stretch. In the longest game in SEC Softball Tournament history, Auburn softball slugged a three-run blast to take a lead in the top of the 14th inning, but No. 14 Georgia answered with a pair of home runs to walk off a 4-3 win Wednesday night at Jane B. Moore Field.

Tied at 2-2 in the 14th inning, KK McCrary stepped to the plate with two outs and faced a 3-2 count. She delivered with her ninth home run of the season, a three-run blast to right center.

"Our focus is now on Regionals," McCrary said. "We've shown that we can compete with anyone. We've finished with one of the strongest schedules in the country. We're looking forward to postseason."

The NCAA Selection Show is set for Sunday at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

🔼  When They Go Low, Lowe Goes High. Senior Shelby Lowe, one of Auburn softball's team leaders in community service hours, was honored Tuesday with a selection to the Southeastern Conference Softball Community Service Team. The SEC sponsors Community Service Team for all 21 league-sponsored sports, looking to highlight an athlete from each school who gives back to their community in superior service efforts.

Lowe has participated in various events and activities to give back to the Auburn community, including Beat Bama Canned Food Drive and the Salvation Army's Angel Tree Project.
