🔼 Ravaging Records on the Hardwood. The Tigers’ recent 104-76 victory over Indiana was Auburn's fourth-straight win over a Big Ten Conference opponent, and the most points scored since recording 109 points in an overtime loss to UConn in 2021. Jaylin Williams tied a career-high with 24 points on 8-of-14 field goals and 2-of-4 from 3-point range. He also finished with seven assists, one off his career high, six rebounds, one block and one steal versus the Hoosiers. It marked his fifth career 20-point outing.

Meanwhile, two-time recipient of the SEC Freshman of the Week Award, Aden Holloway, registered a career-high 24 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the floor, making 5-of-8 three-pointers and 5-of-5 free throws against IU. He also added two assists and a rebound in the win.

It marked the freshman point guard's fifth double-digit game this season in eight games played for the Tigers. Holloway (24 points) and Williams (24 points) became the first Auburn players to record 20-point games in the same game since Jabari Smith (31 points) and Walker Kessler (22 points) did so against Vanderbilt on Feb. 16, 2022. The Tigers also tied a school record with just three turnovers in the ballgame versus the Hoosiers.

🔼 Comin’ In Hot. The Auburn gymnastics team will enter the 2024 season ranked No. 17 according to the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association's preseason poll, the WCGA announced Friday.

"The SEC is always very competitive, and this year is no different," head coach Jeff Graba said. "It will be a tight season once again this year with every conference team in the top 20. It will be a very exciting year, and we're looking forward to getting the season started!"

Oklahoma is ranked No. 1, with Florida (2), LSU (3), Utah (4) and UCLA (5) rounding out the top five. Alabama and Kentucky are ranked in the top 10 at Nos. 8 and 9, while Missouri (12), Arkansas (15) and Georgia (16) close out the rest of the SEC.

🎉 TRIVIA ANSWER

Answer: 45,605!

"I think our fan base for Auburn gymnastics is second to none," head coach Jeff Graba said last season. "We have by far the best atmosphere in all of college gymnastics, and it has given our team a significant advantage. Much of our success this year goes right back to the support we get from the Auburn Family!"

The 2022 squad enjoyed competing in front of 9,121 at all five home meets last season, and a handful of the meets were sold out prior to the start of the season.

In addition, the Auburn students showed up in unprecedented numbers. The program averaged 1,421 students per meet, while the team's victory over Alabama saw 2,554 students attend.

Auburn also broke its season ticket record, having 5,674 on the year.
