With the addition of Texas and Oklahoma next season, each team will play 14 single games against conference opponents; seven each at home and away. Each team will have one home-and-home opponent that will rotate each season. Auburn's home-and-home opponent for 2024-25 will be Mississippi State.

🔼 Flat Out Good News. Fifth-year Ava Stearns of the Auburn equestrian team was named the 2024 National Collegiate Equestrian Association's Flat Rider of the Year. The national honor is the second of her career and the fourth in program history as Stearns was named NCEA Flat Rider of the Year in 2022.

Stearns finished her career with 46 Flat wins while on the Plains, ranking tied for third in program history. She earned six scores of 90 or higher over five seasons with Auburn, including a 95 that ranks among the program's best.

🔼 Right on Track. After successful performances at the 2024 Southeastern Conference Track & Field Outdoor Championships, seven Tigers earned All-SEC teams. The men's side finished with 47 points—the highest total in 10 years. The Auburn women were 12th overall with 24 points.

Freshman Ja'Kobe Tharp dominated the field, winning the 110m hurdle title with a time of 13.18. He broke Renaldo Nehemiah's American Junior (U20) record set in 1978. During the preliminary round of the event, Tharp ran 13.24. He also broke Auburn SEC and NCAA Champion Ty Atkins' school record of 13.25 set in 2008. Tharp's time was good enough to earn him a spot in the 2024 US Olympic Team Trials in Eugene, Oregon, this summer. The trials will take place June 21-30.
