Good morning. The No. 12 Auburn gymnastics team welcomes No. 7 Florida to Neville Arena for another Southeastern Conference contest TONIGHT! The two teams will face off at 5 p.m. CT, and it will be televised on SEC Network.
 
It's exciting to have a premium opponent come to Neville Arena," head coach Jeff Graba said. "I don't think you get better if you don't compete against real quality opponents, but it is a bit of a gauntlet for us this month."
 
Auburn has opened the season with three straight meets against top 10 opponents.
 
"Any time we're at home, it's a great time in Neville," fifth-year Cassie Stevens said. "We really feed off the energy of our crowd, and we love being at home."

Coming off its second straight 40-win season and its highest SEC finish since 2017, Auburn and head coach Mickey Dean open the 2024 season, hosting Virginia Tech, Belmont and Illinois for the Tiger Invite beginning on Friday, Feb. 9 at Jane B. Moore Field. Auburn softball has gone on sale with a single-game, "Pick 6," and flex plan ticket options.

🔼 Hardwood Heartache. A game that featured eight ties and 17 lead changes saw Auburn unable to hold onto a late lead in a 53-50 loss at Vanderbilt Thursday afternoon.
 
The score was tied with a minute to play, but Vanderbilt scored with 33 seconds left to take the lead. Auburn had two possessions in the final seconds but was unable to convert those into points, and the Commodores held on.
 
"We came out and made mistakes, but we were still in the ball game," Auburn head coach Johnnie Harris said.
 
"(Vanderbilt) started putting it on the floor because they didn't have passes available. Our defense was good, we held a good offensive team to 53 points. But it was not a good shooting night for us. But that's life on the road in the SEC, we've got to be able to finish."
 
Honesty Scott-Grayson continued her stellar week with a team-leading 15 points along with a season-high six assists. She also had six rebounds on the day.
 
Auburn is back home for another huge Sunday showdown as rival Alabama visits Neville Arena for a 2 p.m. CT start.
