Anna Davis to join the US squad for the Arnold Palmer Cup in Ireland

Good Morning, Auburn Family. Auburn’s Anna Davis has been added to the United States 2024 Arnold Palmer Cup team. Davis will join the US squad for the event, which will be played July 5-7 at Lahinch Golf Club in Lahinch, Ireland.

Auburn and Arizona State have the most players represented in the field at three. The rising sophomore will join fellow Tigers Jackson Koivun and Brendan Valdes from the Auburn men’s squad on Team USA.

Talking Tigers - Will Redmond (Pt. 2)
This is one of the most intense times for college football recruiting, and that’s certainly the case for Auburn. Between official visits and camps, summer will bring numerous potential student-athletes to campus. One of the keys to the Tigers’ recruiting strategy is Will Redmond. He’s Auburn’s General Manager for Player Personnel.

Redmond’s career began in the Sports Information Office at Tennessee. When he made the move to college football, he cleaned floors at night to fund his passion. Auburn’s G.M. for Player Personnel Will Redmond is featured in Part 2 of this Talking Tigers Podcast.


🔼 Red Carpet, Orange and Blue at Heart. Dressed to impress, six Auburn student-athletes walked the red carpet Saturday night on their way into the College Football Hall of Fame, the first event of the 2024 NIL Summit.

Representing Auburn during the three-day event created by Influencers were Damari Alston and Elijah McAllister from football, Dylan Cardwell from men’s basketball, Taylen Collins from women’s basketball, gymnast Sophia Groth, and track and field’s Justin Stuckey.

The event included student-athlete and administrator panels on financial literacy, mental health and digital marketing.

Answer: While 2024 will mark Davis’ first Arnold Palmer Cup selection, it is not her first time representing the United States in international competition, as she has represented the Red, White and Blue in the World Amateur, the Junior Ryder Cup, the Pan American Games and the Junior Solheim Cup.
