Consider the impact of Pat Dye’s time as Auburn’s football coach and athletic director. The Tigers won four SEC Championships and played the first ever Iron Bowl at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Players, coaches and staff during this era were invited to the Plains for a reunion and boy did they respond, family included. We pick up the interview talking about the ’89 Iron Bowl on the Talking Tigers Podcast with Pat Dye Jr.

🔼 Killing It. Auburn volleyball’s Lauren Dreves was named the SEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week! She recorded a total of 29 kills in Auburn’s weekend of SEC sweeps. She is averaging single-season career bests in kills per set (4.05), hitting percentage (.305), points per set (4.52) and blocks per set (0.70).

🔼 Sometime, Somewhere. We have a game time announcement! Well… sort of. The Tigers will play Georgia at either 6, 6:30 or 6:45 p.m. on either ABC, ESPN or SEC Network on Oct. 11.

🔼 Get To Know. The Auburn equestrian team welcomed nine new members, including freshman Sandy Smith from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Smith, a jumping seat rider, is a decorated Junior Hunter Champion and is inspired by her teammates, coaches, and mother.
