Head Women's Basketball Coach Larry Vickers is mic'd up on the first official day of practice.

🔼 SEC Sweeps. The second-largest crowd in Auburn volleyball history fueled the Tigers to a 3-0 sweep over Alabama on Friday! Shanelle Puetz recorded a double-double with 13 assists and 10 digs. Coach Brent Crouch is now 8-1 all-time against Alabama.

The Tigers went on to sweep Mississippi State on Sunday! Lauren Dreves and Liz Markovska combined for 34 kills. Auburn remains undefeated in SEC play as they prepare to head to Florida later this week.

🔼 Came Up Short. Auburn football fell 16-10 at No. 9 Texas A&M in front of the fifth-largest crowd in Kyle Field history. Xavier Atkins’ late 73-yard interception return gave Auburn a chance as Jackson Arnold scored on the next play. Atkins recorded a career-high 10 tackles, plus a strip sack. The Tigers have scored 12 rushing touchdowns this season.

🔼 Back In Action. The top-ranked men’s golf team is competing in the Ben Hogan Collegiate Invitational presented by Charles Schwab this week! They’ll play 36 holes today and the final round tomorrow. The tournament features a field of 15 teams, 13 of them ranked inside the top 25.

All Fixed Up. Auburn freshman guard Simon Walker underwent a successful foot surgery and is expected to return later this season. Walker, a four-star prospect from Huntsville, has been a standout player in practice since joining the team.
