🎥 WAREAGLE+: TALKING TIGERS

Talking Tigers - Ian Borders
His first coaching gig was AAU soccer. He made the move to high school basketball coach in his home state of Kentucky. His first foray into the college game was as a graduate assistant at Florida State—from FSU to Little Rock and then to Auburn.
For the last seven years, Ian Borders has been the director of scouting and recruiting, then the video coordinator. Earlier this month, Auburn men’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl elevated Borders to assistant coach. Ian Borders is featured in this Talking Tigers Podcast.

🔼 A Banner Year. From the Auburn MBB team finishing the season with an impressive 32–6 overall record and 15–3 in SEC play, clinching the SEC regular-season title and earning the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament and a new hire for the WBB team (Holler, Coach Vickers!) to the Tigers baseball team ending the season with a 41-20 record, sweeping the NCAA Auburn Regional and hosting its first Super Regional, this year has been, in a word, EPIC.

🔼 Coming Out Strong. Auburn senior tight end Brandon Frazier is set to come into his sixth season ready to bounce back from his injury-shortened 2024.
Looking back on his career and time on the Plains, it’s apparent that Frazier brings experience and leadership to the team and is ready to lay everything out on the gridiron.
“I was only able to play two games and one series last year, so I’m excited to get back out on the field and play, " Frazier said.
The McKinney, Texas, native comes from an athletic family who has always been involved in collegiate sports. Both of his parents (mom Jennifer and dad Justin) played college basketball at Abilene Christian. They have been two of his biggest supporters throughout his football journey. Frazier’s two brothers play collegiate football as well.
In addition, he has been married to his wife and former Auburn volleyball player, Jackie Barrett, for over a year.
Family has been something Frazier has always held onto through adversity during his time at Auburn.
