🎙️ TALKING TIGERS

A second national championship in three years…that’s the case for Auburn Men’s Golf. The Tigers claimed their second crown by besting UCLA in the championship match at La Costa. When the Tigers returned to campus and before their Toomer’s Corner celebration, they sat down in the Brand Lab Studio. You’ll hear from Jackson Koivun, Cayden Pope, Josiah Gilbert, Logan Reilly, Jake Albert, Billy Davis, Assistant Coach David Johnson, Associate Head Coach Chris Williams and Head Coach Nick Clinard.

🔼 Across The Pond. Five Auburn women’s golfers will compete at the R&A Women’s Amateur Championship, AKA the British Amateur, in Scotland this week! The tournament will be played today through Sunday, featuring Charlotte Cantonis, Balma Davalos, Anna Davis, Anne Fernandez and Gia Raad.

🔼  Put A Bow On It. Jackson Koivun finished his amateur golf career at the U.S. Open, tying for 23rd place and sharing low amateur honors. He will make his professional debut at the John Deere Classic.

🔼 Big Draw. Auburn women’s tennis pair DJ Bennett and Ava Esposito won the USTA American Collegiate Wildcard Playoff to earn a wildcard bid into the 2026 U.S. Open women’s doubles main draw! They will become the first Auburn women’s tennis players to compete in a Grand Slam event at the U.S. Open.
