🎥 TALKING TIGERS

She was coming to Auburn to play golf when the program was dropped. When women’s golf returned, Virginia Derby was the first recruit. Derby went on to coach at Auburn, and embarked on a spectacular career in amateur golf. Virginia Derby Grimes has won the Alabama Amateur and the Alabama Senior Amateur. She was part of winning teams in the Curtis Cup as a player and a captain. After a 13-year span away from the game, the Alabama Sports Hall of Famer has returned to competitive golf.

🔼 Anna For America. Auburn women’s golfer Anna Davis helped the USA beat Great Britain in the Curtis Cup 13-7 over the weekend. She picked up a singles win, 4 and 3, over Beth Coulter.

🔼 Summer Plans. Auburn tennis will host the ITA Summer Series at the Yarbrough Tennis Center this weekend. The Summer Points Race tracks top performers throughout the summer, with standings updating weekly.

Place To Be. Jane B. Moore ranked in the top 15 in total attendance for the 2026 softball season! It marks the 11th-straight season that Auburn softball has ranked in the top 15. Auburn is one of seven programs with over 290,000 in total attendance since 2020.
