🔼 Home Run Derby. After opening the weekend with a loss to Milwaukee, No. 4 Auburn never looked back. They downed NC State 17-13 on Saturday behind five home runs. The Tigers advanced to beat UCF 9-3 on Sunday after hours of rain delay. The bats stayed hot as the Tigers smashed six home runs. The regional finale stretched into the early hours of this morning, but that was alright with Auburn. They defeated Milwaukee 8-1 and will play for a spot in the NCAA Super Regionals tonight.

🔼 Historic Day. It was a historic Friday for Auburn men’s track & field as 11 athletes qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships, including sprinter Kayinsola Ajayi and hurdler Ja’Kobe Tharp, who posted the world’s top times in their events. The qualifiers include five sprinters in the men’s 100m dash and two in the discus.

🔼 Punching Tickets. Auburn women’s track and field team punched two more tickets for the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Camryn Massey qualified in discus, and the 4x100m relay team also qualified. The Tigers earned a total of 17 bids to the championships.

🔼 Made The Cut. Auburn’s top-ranked men’s golf team sits in the lead at the NCAA Championship, sitting at 22-under at the top of the leaderboard. Josiah Gilbert and Jackson Koivun led the Tigers, with Gilbert two shots back of the lead and Koivun five shots back. The Tigers will tee off at 2:20 p.m. CT today for the final round of stroke play.
