🔼 Ticket to Tallahassee?  Selected to its 20th overall NCAA Regional selection in program history, Auburn softball (32-22) punched its postseason ticket into the Tallahassee Regional hosted by (5) Florida State.

Earning an at-large bid and selected as the two seed within the regional field, Auburn will face South Florida (43-14-1) on Friday, May 16, to open the double elimination tournament. First pitch is set for 11 a.m. CT on ESPNU. The Bulls earned an automatic bid after winning the AAC championship.

🔼 The Best in the Biz. Hope all the moms in the Auburn Fam were spoiled rotten yesterday!

🔼 Windfall. Following yet another season of dominance, Auburn men’s golf was recognized with eight Southeastern Conference end-of-year awards.

Head coach Nick Clinard and sophomore sensation Jackson Koivun earned Coach of the Year and Player of the Year, respectively, for the second consecutive season.

Koivun and senior Brendan Valdes earned spots on the All-SEC First Team, while senior Carson Bacha and sophomore Josiah Gilbert landed on the second team. Rookie Billy Davis also made the conference’s All-Freshman squad. Senior Ryan Eshleman makes his third career appearance on the SEC Community Service Team.

🔼 Legend Status Activated. The Alabama Sports Hall of Fame inducted a trio of Tiger greats and honored another Auburn legend with a prestigious award on May 3 at its 57th annual induction ceremony. Former Auburn golfer Jason Dufner, football standout Frank Warren and 1970s basketball star Mike Mitchell joined the Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025.

Longtime Auburn Athletics administrator Buddy Davidson won the 2025 Mel Allen Award, honoring media members in Alabama who have made a lifetime contribution to sports through their work.

🔼 Newbie Nails It. After turning in one of the best performances in SEC play by an Auburn freshman, AnnaLea Adams was named to the All-SEC First Team.

Adams is Auburn 45th overall All-SEC Team honoree and just the 18th Tiger to earn All-SEC First Team accolades. She is Auburn’s first First Team selection since Maddie Penta in 2023. She is also the first Auburn freshman in program history to earn All-SEC First Team honors.

🔼 On the Attack. Auburn soccer bolstered its attacking unit with the addition of All-Atlantic 10 forward Margey Brown Friday. Brown joins the program with one year of eligibility remaining after spending the previous three seasons at Duquesne.

Brown made over 50 appearances, nearly all starts, in her time as a Duke, and played her way to a pair of All-Atlantic 10 Conference honors, including a Second Team nod after a breakout 2024 season. Last fall, Brown led Duquesne in goals scored (9) and total points (23).

🔼 Left it All On the Court. The No. 9 Auburn women’s tennis team’s season came to a close Friday night with a 4-2 loss to No. 8 Duke in the NCAA Super Regionals at Ambler Tennis Stadium in Durham, North Carolina. The Tigers trailed 3-0, fought back with two singles wins and forced third sets on two other courts, but ultimately dropped the instant classic to the Blue Devils.

🗣 “The girls fought really hard. We put ourselves in a really tough spot. It was an amazing fight and we nearly pulled it off.” - Jordan Szabo, head coach
