Good Morning, Auburn Family. The No. 9 Auburn baseball team scored four runs in the last three innings and Dylan Watts pitched a season-high 3.1 innings en route to defeating No. 15 Georgia Tech 9-8 Tuesday night at Russ Chandler Stadium.
The win marked Auburn’s sixth one-run win and ninth win vs. a ranked opponent this season, including its fourth ranked win on the road.
“I think we’ve been through enough situations now with this team that whatever happens, I think we can settle and make pitches,” head coach Butch Thompson said.
