🔼 Sharp Shooter Signed. Auburn men’s basketball signed 6-foot-8 sharp-shooter Adam Olsen for the 2026-27 season. Olsen, a prolific 3-point shooter, averaged 16.7 points and 4.1 rebounds for South Alabama last season.

🔼 Big Get. Auburn men’s basketball also signed forward Owen Freeman, a transfer from Creighton, to bolster their frontcourt. Freeman, known for his polished post skills and potential to expand his game to the perimeter, joins a frontcourt that also includes Narcisse Ngoy and Bukky Oboye. Freeman was the 2024 Big Ten Freshman of the Year at Iowa.

🔼  Five On It. Auburn women’s tennis received five SEC postseason honors. Head coach Jordan Szabo was named SEC Coach of the Year, and Ekaterina Khairutdinova was named SEC Newcomer of the Year. Khairutdinova, DJ Bennett and Angella Okutoyi earned second-team All-SEC honors.

🔼  Schedule’s Set. Auburn volleyball will open its 2026 SEC season on the road against Arkansas on Sept. 25. The Tigers will play six consecutive home matches in October and November, concluding their SEC regular season with a trip to Alabama on November 11.

🔼 Fell Short. Auburn softball fell to Troy 2-0 on the road last night. They’ll return home for the final time this regular season to host Ole Miss this weekend.

Tiger Trail. The Tiger Trail of Auburn Class of 2026 was recently inducted! Danielle Downey (women’s golf), Tyler McGill (swimming and diving), Benji Roland (football) and Ralph Spry (track & field) were recognized by Auburn Athletics, the City of Auburn and Auburn Chamber of Commerce with plaques on downtown sidewalks to be installed this summer.
