🔼 It Starts Right Now. Alex Golesh was introduced as Auburn’s 33rd head football coach, promising an exciting, hard-working, and championship-winning program. He emphasized a player-led approach, focusing on recruiting within a 250-mile radius and developing talent. Golesh shared his coaching philosophy, highlighting the importance of outworking opponents and building trust with players.

🔼  Major Impact. Former SEC Men’s Golf Champion Bob Dumas received the 2025 Walter Gilbert Award for his achievements after graduation. Dumas, a retired president and CEO of Auburn Bank, is actively involved in civic and charitable organizations in Lee County and serves on Auburn University’s Board of Trustees. He was the first golfer to earn a full scholarship at Auburn.

🐅 ONE BIG THING

Making A Difference. The Hudson Family Foundation’s Legends Club celebration honored 1,200 elementary students from Auburn, Opelika, and Lee County schools. The event, held at Neville Arena, featured former Auburn basketball coach Bruce Pearl and Heisman Trophy winner Bo Jackson, who emphasized the importance of teamwork and hard work. Each student received a $100 Kroger gift card to help make Thanksgiving dinner more special.
