🎙️ TALKING TIGERS

In May, the entire backfield of Auburn’s 2004 National Championship team will be Hall of Famers. Jason Campbell will join Carnell Williams and Ronnie Brown in the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame. Campbell is in the induction class that includes his Head Coach Tommy Tuberville and former Auburn Women’s Golf Coach Kim Evans. In Part 1 of the Talking Tigers Podcast featuring Jason Campbell, he talks about learning of his induction into the Hall of Fame and that 2004 season.

🔼 On The Road, Again. Auburn women‘s basketball continues its three-game road trip tonight. The Tigers will play at Middle Tennessee at 6:30 p.m. CT on ESPN+. Auburn will return home later this week for The Plains Holiday Classic.

🔼 Welcome Home. Former Auburn football player and national champion Kodi Burns returns to the Auburn football staff as Associate Head Coach, Co-Offensive Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach. Burns, who has 11 years of collegiate coaching experience and three years in the NFL, previously worked with head coach Alex Golesh at USF. He is known for his offensive coaching and recruiting abilities.

🔼 Batter Up. Auburn baseball’s 2026 non-conference schedule includes matchups with six NCAA Tournament teams from 2025. The Tigers will host Youngstown State, Cincinnati, West Georgia, Nebraska, Samford and Winthrop, and travel to Kansas State, Florida State and Louisville. SEC play will begin March 13-15 at Missouri.

🔼 Great Eight. Auburn soccer added eight transfer student-athletes to its roster, including defenders, midfielders, a forward and a goalkeeper. Most of the new Tigers, who have won four conference championships and earned four All-Conference honors, will join the team in the spring.

New Heights. Former Auburn All-American and NWSL player Katy Frierson Freels led Florida Tech to an NCAA Division II National Championship! She is the second former NWSL player to win an NCAA title as a head coach. She earned First Team All-SEC honors at Auburn from 2008-11. She still holds the program records for single-season assists and career points.
