Meet women’s basketball’s Eva Garabadian in this edition of Get to Know!

🔼 Big Three. The 21st-ranked men’s basketball team downed Chattanooga 92-78 in Saturday’s Holiday Hoopsgiving event in Atlanta! Keyshawn Hall recorded his fifth double-double of the season with 22 points and 11 rebounds. Tahaad Pettiford scored 20 points, while Elyjah Freeman scored 19. Eight of Pettiford’s 20 points were scored in the final 37 seconds of the game. KeShawn Murphy neared a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds. The Tigers will play No. 6 Purdue on Saturday.

🔼 Meet The Coach. Auburn Director of Football Performance George Courides, known as Coach Geo, brings his expertise in strength and conditioning. He looks to develop a high-performance model that integrates strength training, athletic training and nutrition to help athletes excel. Courides has a passion for fitness and a background in rugby and NFL internships.

🔼 Sneak Peek. The Auburn gymnastics team will host its annual Preview Meet tonight at 7 p.m. CT in Neville Arena. The meet will feature a mix of returning and new team members, and will be streamed live on SEC Network+. Admission is free, and all seats are general admission. Fans are encouraged to show up in their best holiday pjs!

🔼 Fell Short. Despite hitting a season-high 11 3-pointers, Auburn women’s basketball fell at Seton Hall, 69-63. Kaitlyn Duhon scored a career-high 20 points, making five 3-pointers. The Tigers will play at Middle Tennessee tomorrow.

X Gon’ Give It To Ya. Auburn linebacker Xavier Atkins has been stacking accolades! He earned second-team Walter Camp All-America honors, along with AP All-SEC First Team honors. He became Auburn’s first All-American linebacker since 2003.
