Quarterback Ashton Daniels is making the most of his opportunity as he leads Auburn against Vanderbilt. After an emotional week, the Tigers battled into overtime against Vanderbilt while displaying one of the most explosive offensive performances of the season.

🔼 Record Audience. Auburn women’s basketball defeated Mississippi Valley 110-50 in front of 5,769 fans on Education Day. The crowd set a record attendance at an Auburn non-conference home game. The Tigers taught the Devilettes a lesson in full-court pressure. Khady Leye led the Tigers with a season-high 20 points to go with seven rebounds. Arek Angui recorded her first career double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Auburn turned 20 Mississippi Valley turnovers into 33 points. They’ll host Georgia State on Monday.

🔼 Book It To Birmingham. No. 22 Auburn men’s basketball will travel to Birmingham for The Battleground 2k25! They’ll play No. 1 Houston on Sunday at 2 p.m. on ESPN in a battle between two 2025 Final Four teams. The Tigers beat the Cougars in Houston last November.

🔼 Regional Race. Auburn’s Nickson Chebii, Joshua Kosgei, and Evan Hill will compete in the NCAA South Regional Cross Country Championships today at 9:30 a.m. CT. The top two teams and four individual runners from each region will advance to the NCAA Championships.

🔼 Regular Season Finale. Auburn volleyball closes out the regular season tonight. They’ll play at LSU at 7 p.m. on SEC Network+. Auburn enters the weekend with a 16-9 overall record, while LSU sits at 12-13.
✍️ SIGNING DAY NEWS

Auburn soccer announced its 2025 signing class, consisting of six student-athletes from top club programs in North America. The group includes two forwards, two midfielders, and two defenders, with five players from the United States and one from Canada.

Auburn gymnastics signed three newcomers who will join the program for the 2027 season. Ella Fine, Lily Powers, and Audrey Snyder bring talent and experience at the highest levels of competition.

Auburn women’s tennis signed Kaya Moe for the 2026-27 season. Moe, ranked as high as No. 4 nationally, has won 11 ITF Junior titles and defeated the world’s top-ranked junior player.

Welcome To My House. Men’s basketball’s Emeka Opurum knew he wanted to be a Tiger as soon as he arrived in Auburn. His home is 6,000 miles away in Lagos, Nigeria, but Auburn felt like home away from home. He was impressed by Auburn’s track record of player development and graduation success, stating, “My thing is academics before sports. That helped me in my decision to come to Auburn.” Last season was his first to play basketball in an organized setting after spending his whole life playing soccer. Read more of Opurum’s story.
