🔼 Honor Roll. Auburn quarterback Byrum Brown is a finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy, which recognizes excellence in academics, football and leadership. He graduated magna cum laude from South Florida with a 3.81 GPA and is now pursuing a master’s degree in adult education. He’s one of 18 finalists receiving an $18,000 postgraduate scholarship, with the winner receiving an increase to $25,000.

Closing Time. Auburn men’s golfer Josiah Gilbert saved a little something for the finish. The senior birdied the final hole to secure the Williams Cup individual title at 8-under, edging Florida’s Jack Turner by one stroke for his fourth career victory. Gilbert closed with a season-best 68 as No. 1 Auburn finished second in the team standings.
