While fighting cancer with remarkable courage, Greer Bailey has inspired everyone around her. That includes the Auburn men’s basketball team who wanted to show its support. Greer was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in May 2024. Despite spending nine months undergoing treatment at Children’s Hospital, Greer maintained her positive spirit and love for life. Now in remission, she continues to enjoy cheerleading, gymnastics, and all things Auburn, inspiring her family with her resilience.

🔼 Fear The Jungle. Auburn men’s basketball hosts Texas tonight at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2. Auburn students will receive a free foam tiger paw! The Longhorns are coming off a win over No. 21 Georgia, while the Tigers have won their last three contests.

🔼 Trophy Talk. The seventh-ranked women’s golf team won the UCF Challenge! The Tigers finished the tournament with a 54-hole score of 840 (-24). Senior Katie Cranston claimed the individual title with a 9-under 207, marking her first career collegiate victory. Molly Brown Davidson tied for fourth and Charlotte Cantonis tied for 10th.

🔼  New Addition. Auburn soccer announced the addition of Tara McQueen as the goalkeeping coach. McQueen previously coached at North Alabama, where she led goalkeepers to numerous accolades and helped the team achieve a top Division I save percentage.

Change Of Plans. Due to the recent ice storm in northern Mississippi, the Auburn women’s basketball game at Ole Miss has been moved from Sunday to Monday, Feb. 2. The game will still be played in Oxford and is scheduled for a 6 p.m. CT tip.
