Hear Steven Pearl's speech to Auburn Men's Basketball after their win over Florida.

🔼 Swamp Celebration. The only people celebrating in Gainesville were Auburn fans as the Auburn men’s basketball team downed No. 16 Florida on the road for the first time in 30 years! The Tigers beat the Gators 76-67 on Saturday. Keyshawn Hall scored 24 points, while KeShawn Murphy neared a double-double with 16 points and nine rebounds.

“That’s an unbelievable win for our ballclub. We’ve been here for 11 years. That might be the best road win that we’ve ever had as a program. If you look back at Auburn basketball history, that might be one of the best road wins we’ve ever had. I thought our guys, for about 32 minutes, executed the gameplan to perfection.”

- Steven Pearl

🔼 Natty Bound. The fourth-ranked women’s tennis team is headed to the ITA National Team Indoor Championship! The Tigers downed Tulane 4-0 in the first round of ITA Kickoff Weekend on Saturday. They went on to shut out Florida State 4-0 on Sunday to punch their ticket to the national championship.

🔼 Battle Tested. No. 11 Auburn gymnastics narrowly lost to No. 1 Florida, 197.1-196.7, in a close meet at Neville Arena. Despite a strong performance, including a season-high floor score of 49.3, Auburn fell short. Katelyn Jong returned less than a year after an Achilles tear and tied for the team high with a 9.85 on bars. Auburn will compete at Georgia on Sunday.

🔼 Toe-To-Toe. The women’s basketball team went toe-to-toe with No. 16 Oklahoma, but ultimately fell 72-65. A’riel Jackson scored a career-high 19 points for the Tigers. Auburn will host No. 2 South Carolina on Thursday.
