🎙️ TALKING TIGERS

A wrist brace for Flash...that was the start of XO Armor. It came from the Auburn University Biomechanical Engineering Laboratory, or AUBE Lab, in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. The Auburn Alumni Engineering Council Associate Professor, Dr. Michael Zabala, produced the brace on a 3D printer in the lab and Anthony Schwartz used it for the 2019 season. XO Armor has grown since that first brace and expanded across the country.

🔼 Shutout To Start. The fourth-ranked women’s tennis team shut out Bellarmine 7-0 and 4-0 to start the season! Auburn dominated both matches, winning all singles and doubles matches. The Tigers will host Western Carolina and UAB on Friday.

🔼 Movin’ On Up. Auburn gymnastics jumped to No. 6 in the RoadToNationals.com rankings this week after a strong season opener. The Tigers’ vault and floor teams are ranked first nationally, and they will face No. 10 Arkansas in a top 10 showdown on Sunday.

🔼 Above The Rim. Auburn freshmen Sebastian Williams-Adams and Simon Walker are making significant contributions to the men’s basketball team. Forward Williams-Adams has been a consistent scorer and is excited to play against the competition in the SEC. Walker, a sharpshooting guard, impressed with his debut performance that included five 3-pointers despite recent foot surgery. Click here to read more about the freshmen duo.

Outshoot Cancer. Auburn men’s basketball has made 138 3-pointers this season! The Tigers have raised $3,450 for the AUTLIVE initiative. Berkshire Hathaway is donating $25 for every 3-pointer made this season.
