Bodda Getta Daily Brew 3/14 - A-Day? More Like A-Weekend
A-Day kicks off on April 6 and anchors a full weekend of events on the Plains
Good morning. Tickets for Auburn's annual spring football game, A-Day, are on sale now at AubTix.com and the Auburn Ticket Office located at Neville Arena. A-Day will kick off at 1 p.m. C.T. on Saturday, April 6, at Jordan-Hare Stadium to anchor a full weekend of events on the Plains.
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid waiting in line on April 6. The Auburn Ticket Office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.

🔼 The Great Defender. Junior All-American forward/center Johni Broome is a semifinalist for the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Award, as announced by the Atlanta Tipoff Club on Wednesday.

Auburn has now had a semifinalist for the award in two of the last three seasons. Walker Kessler, then a sophomore center for the Tigers, won the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Award in 2022.
🔼 Anything But Dead in the Water. After eight women punched their tickets to the NCAA Championships a week ago, the NCAA announced Wednesday that 11 men have earned their way to NCAAs in Indianapolis, March 27-30. Go here for the full list and their respective events.
The men's NCAA Championships are slated for March 27-30 at the historic IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana. ESPN+ will provide live coverage throughout the week.
🔼 Iron Sharpens Iron. The presenter of Auburn's annual Tiger Invitational tournament and the golf program's most famous alum, Jason Dufner smiles when he sees his alma mater ranked No. 2 in the country.
"Coach [Nick] Clinard has done a great job with the program," Dufner said.
"They're one of the better programs in the country, and they've got a really strong team this year. I know he's trying to get them to peak toward the end of the season. He's done a great job of keeping these guys grounded, focused and in the process of competing and trying to win tournaments."
